Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after processing.

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.

In-Stock & Made-to-Order Items

We keep many of our most popular luxury wigs in stock and ready to ship. In-stock items may ship sooner than our standard processing time.

Some products are prepared specifically for each customer to ensure the highest quality. These orders may require additional processing time, especially during sales or periods of high order volume.

We offer FREE local pickup in:

Buffalo, New York

Pickup is by appointment only. Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions and the exact pickup location after their order is confirmed and ready.
